The tasks of ILNEDRO included conducting a detailed analysis of the strength and scope of the impact of the planned investment on the neighboring plots of land owned by the client, based on checking the construction design and its comparison with the current legal regulations and conditions. Our tasks also included full representation of the client before administrative authorities along with obtaining all necessary documents for this purpose.

The analysis was enriched with recommendations for taking action and a summary of the opportunities and threats related to the construction works.

During the construction works carried out on the investment consisting in the construction of the Research and Development Center of Laboratory Services in the Area of Discovery and Development of Medicines Selvita S.A. ILNEDRO carried out ongoing supervision over the condition of the adjacent areas and installation infrastructure. Regular reports summarizing the status of activities were prepared.
